Se Film Delta Force 2: The Colombian Connection en hel film gold streaming movie 123 Runtime 111 Minutes I Rio de Janeiro sætter amerikanske narkoagenter en fælde for narkobaronen Ramon Cota (Billy Drago). Cota undslipper med kuglerne flyvende omkring sig. Tilbage ligger tre amerikanere døde på gaden. Oberst Scott McCoy (Chuck Norris) og major Bobby Chavez (Paul Perri) er lige i hælene på Cota og hans bande. Da det endelig lykkes for dem at arrestere ham, får nogle smarte advokater omgående Cota på fri fod igen. Efter løsladelsen sætter Cota hele sin styrke ind mod narkopolitiet. Chavez og to andre narkoagenter bliver bortført til Sydamerika. Det amerikanske narkopoliti modtager et videobånd med en advarsel om at holde sig væk for fremtiden. For at understrege at advarslen er alvorlig ment, bliver Chavez dræbt på båndet. Denne gang er banden gået for vidt, og den amerikanske præsident giver sin fulde opbakning til at sætte en stopper før bandens rædselsregime. Delta Force skal i aktion igen...
